	Web link - Selecting this option creates survey link that you can email or place it on a web page.
	Email survey - Select this option creates survey link that can be emailed. This link helps to identify respondent of a response. You can send an email invitation from your contact list after creating the link.
	Pop-up from web page - Selecting this option creates survey link that you can use it to pop up the survey from your website.

Creating Survey distribution is disabled for sample account.
